If you know of someone with a real estate note that might be interested in a free quote please contact us and we will be glad to help them in the sale of their note. Just drop us a note here or call us. We will contact them and do the rest.
For every qualified lead (one that closes through A. L. E. Inc.) we will pay a “finders” fee to the third party that referred the note to us.
These fees could be anywhere from $50 or much, much more depending on the size and type of the note. Because every note is different in nature and value we will consider each note on a case by case basis.
