NOTHING! If you sell your note with us, you will Not incur any closing costs. The quote we agree on is what you can expect to get at closing. When you close a real estate transaction some fees are considered to "belong" to the seller (you). Some companies will not disclose that information initially or are ambiguous about what it will cost leaving you with less money than what you expected at the time of closing. Most Simultaneous Closings have the same policy, however, because some these types of closings are somewhat more complicated there may be some costs associated with these. Nobody likes surprises and we will always be up front with you and tell you what to expect. We believe in being honest with our clients so that they remain our clients in the future.
